Create connections that spark greatness.
Change is the only constant in business. When a new team member is introduced, or a new project kicks off, or there’s a change in company policy, or whatever — a team’s chemistry can be thrown off.
At Unscripted, we engage your team members with fun, improv-based activities that re-connect them, set off sparks, and inspire them to reach levels they never thought possible.
Unscripted Improv for Teams are high-performance applied improvisation workshops, with 100% of profits supporting our nonprofit.

The Unscripted Project’s core mission is to teach life skills — like public speaking, collaboration, and growing from mistakes — to underserved students through improv education. “It’s about navigating through uncertainty,” says Unscripted co-founder Philip Chen. “If you can unlock that, then the sky’s the limit.” This was the inspiration for creating Unscripted for Teams: so we could bring these fundamental keys for success to professionals at all level.
The “Yes And” Rule
Behavioral scientist and professor at the Harvard Business School, Francesca Gino, discusses the “Yes And” rule of Improv and its value to organizations. A “Yes” mindset allows one to actively listen to what other team members are saying and acknowledge their ideas. “And” allows them to build on the initial idea. “Yes And” sparks a collaborative flow where each participant feels supported and valued — leading to more innovative, effective results.

TAKE CREATIVE RISKS

EXPLORE NEW IDEAS

INNOVATE SOLUTIONS
Teams that take risks together become a force. When co-workers feel supported to explore new ideas, they’re more likely to think creatively and pursue innovative solutions. Unscripted Workshops foster these healthy team dynamics — transforming individual employees into a unified team.
"In order to thrive in times of uncertainty, you need managers and employees who can think on their feet and act fast — without an instruction manual. That is, you need skilled improvisers."
